Design, Technology & Foresight

I strongly believe in the immense value that design thinking and foresight bring to every planning endeavor. Design thinking empowers organizations to unearth hidden value and bridge gaps in their operations and offerings. Foresight enables organizations to anticipate change, navigate uncertainty, and envision diverse futures based on today's observable signals. This combination equips them to not only survive but thrive amidst various potential outcomes.

Education

I studied Industrial Design at the Federal University of Technology Akure from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, I represented the department of Industrial Design at the ‘Rights through Making’ Workshop organized by the Eindhoven University of Technology, proudly earning a certification in Ethics in Design from the esteemed institution. This invaluable experience taught me to craft sustainable technology products, always mindful of their profound impact, both positive and negative, on society. Furthermore, throughout my career journey, I've passionately pursued continuous growth, acquiring numerous professional certifications in diverse fields such as UX design, design thinking, product management, design strategy, virtual education, data analytics, and futures thinking. These endeavors reflect my unwavering dedication to refining my skills and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

I am a proud member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF), where I had the privilege of serving as a judge at the esteemed Most Significant Futures Work Awards (IF Awards) in 2023. These awards honor individuals committed to advancing the field of foresight and offering valuable insights into industry priorities. Furthermore, in 2024, I was deeply humbled to be chosen as an Emerging Fellow for the 2024 Cohort by the esteemed APF.
